CREATIVITY WORKOUT

Give your creative juices a stir on the first Thursday evening of each month. Have fun, meet others and reduce stress. For ages 16–adult, $5 payable at the door, no pre-registration required. 7-8:30 pm in Classroom 3A.

Art Birthday Parties

Make birthdays easy for you and memorable for your children with hands-on art parties supervised by experienced instructors. Parties can be customized to match children’s interests. Contact chrisoconnor@fvac.net and please type "birthday party" in the email subject heading.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Make checks payable to "Farmington Valley Arts Center" for the full amount of the class, plus any membership fees. Mail completed registration form with check to:

If you are paying by credit card, the completed registration form can be faxed to 860-674-1877.

Regsiter by credit card over the phone by calling 860-678-1867, or stop by the Arts Center to register in person
weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Course Tuition can be pro-rated for missed sessions if plans are made ith the Education Director at the time of registration.

Courses will be cancelled without minimum enrollment. Students will be notified by phone approximately two days before the start of class.

FVAC reserves the right to change schedules, withdraw or modify a course, or substitute instructors at any time.

Instructors will reschedule cancelled sessions. Classes are generall made up in the weeks immediately following the class.

Students aged 6 - 17 can be admitted to adult classes with instructor permission on an individual basis. Please phone or email Chris O'Connor to check.

Children aged 5 or older who are within six months of the minimum age for a class and have prior experience may enroll with instructor permission. Please phone or email Chris O'Connor to check.

REFUND POLICY

Full tuition is refunded when a course in cancelled by FVAC. Memberships are non-refundable.

Student Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations requested no later than 2 weeks before the start of a class, full tuition will be refunded less a $15 adminnistrative fee.
For Cancellations requested between 14 days and 2 days before the start of a class, FVAC credit will be issued, less a $15 administrative fee.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of a class, tuition will not be refunded.

SEVERE WEATHER CANCELLATION

FVAC may close the facilities in the case of severe weather. FVAC will close if public schools and/or offices are closed in Avon. Please call 860-678-1867 ext 123 if you suspect that classes may be cancelled. Other cancellations are the sole responsibility of individual instructors.
